Ducane Road Flats
There are five low-rise blocks on Du Cane Road.

These comprise a mix of 48 self contained one bed flats and 64 three-bed maisonettes, 40 en suite single study rooms (Vellacott House)
The estate is just located opposite the Hammersmith Hospital on Du Cane Road, London W12.
Plus our new build, Du Cane House (for Key Workers only), which comprise of 3 studios and 7 one bed flats.
We offer our tenant's a laundry, children's playground and secure car parking.
Each block is secured at the ground floor by a separate entrance door for which only tenants and staff have access. It is one minute from the Hammersmith Hospital and the Imperial Hammersmith campus, with good sports and shopping facilities nearby, including the new Westfield's shopping centre.

Rents are much less than those charged in the private rented sector.
The rents are;
A One Bed Flat
From January 2010, the rent for a one bed flat is £503.77 which includes service charges and water rates.
A Three Bed Flat
From January 2010, the rent for a three bed flat is £624.97 which includes service charges and water rates.
Extra
The electricity used is charged to the tenant on a monthly basis and is payable by the tenant. There is optional car parking availability which is also payable by the tenant.
