Du Cane House
Du Cane house a newly built development on Du Cane Road that provides ten flats for key workers. The ten flats are both for single people and couples, nominated to us by the local authority, London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.
We have our new offices located on the ground floor.
Du Cane House is located directly opposite the Imperial NHS Health Care Trust Building (Hammersmith Hospital) on Du Cane Road.
From January 2010 the rent will be £559.30 for the single studio flat, £745.29 for the one bed couple flat and £804.15 for the one bed POD flat. The rent includes telephone and internet line rental, but does not include any utilities.
