Comprising 40 self contained study rooms with their own shower, tenants have access to shared kitchens and bathrooms as well as a common room on the ground floor.

The property has a common room for everyone to use, this can also be booked by all Ducane Housing Associations tenants. Ducane require a deposit, which is refundable after the event and inspection of the room.

Rents

From January 2010 the rent for a study room is £437.62 per month. Not included is your electricity charge and car parking cost. This includes water rates and the service charge.

Rents are much less than those charged in the private rented sector. Most repairs are normally done within 24 hours.
