Modernisation Project

The Association is preparing to invest substantial sums to modernise its homes on the Du Cane Road estate. The major estate transformation will include:

New homes on the first storey of the existing blocks

• Two new in fill blocks between existing blocks
• New internal fit out with new bathrooms and kitchens, heating and windows
• New thermal cladding and improvements to the access and stairs and possibly new lifts
• We are aiming to have planning consent for the scheme this year and will continue to keep tenants updated through meetings and newsletters.
