News Ducane Commercial Services LtdHistory and background Ducane Commercial Services Ltd (DCS) was incorporated in January 2005, it is a wholly owned non-charitable subsidiary of the Association, was set up. The purpose was to use the skills of the Association's staff to carry out business activities, with any profits gift aided back to the Association. There are currently two contracts running European School of Management has commissioned DCS Ltd to manage its student accommodation. We also provide managing agent services for a private block of leasehold flats in Ealing called Perryn House. Perryn House Resident's News March/April '08 After several requests from Leaseholders, we are on a waitlist for recycling at Perryn and are pending the date for all recylcing bins.
Parsifal College Student's News There are 29 lettable rooms at Parsifal College; 13 small and 16 large. They are all single rooms, but with the large rooms having additional facilities and furniture, such as a fridge, freezer and microwave in the room. There were 13 voids in February 2008, all if which have been been relet. There is a small waiting list for the new intake due in September 2008. The school have refurbished all of the kitchens over the past year to bring them up to the Local Authority standards for House of Multiple Occupation.
