The Association has rooms spread across 11 street properties. These houses are situated on the Old Oak estate. They feature rooms with shared kitchens and showers/bathrooms and WCs. Some houses have a living room and all have gardens. The rent includes gas and electricity bills, water rates and council tax, if applicable.

The street properties are traditional semi-detached houses with gardens in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the hospital and Central Line tube station at East Acton. Some houses have a common room, but all are set up to provide 4 or 5 separate rooms with tenants sharing kitchens and bathrooms.Most repairs are normally done within 24 hours.

Rents

These are much less than those charged in the private rented sector.

From January 2008 rents for single rooms are between £322.99 and £485.04 a month which includes service charge, council tax where applicable, electricity and gas and water rates.
