Du Cane House

Du Cane House will be completed in January/February 2008. We will keep you informed of the build progress on this site via the images on this page as we track the work on site through each building stage.

The offices will occupy the ground floor and above them will be three studio flats and seven 1 bed 2 person flats. They will be self-contained flats furnished by the Association and available to key workers nominated by the borough ofHammersmith and Fulham.

The key workers are defined as coming from the following groups

• Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust
• LB Hammersmith and Fulham
• Education Department
• Social Services Department
• HMPS Wormwood Scrubs
• The Metropolitan Police
• The local NHS Primary Care Trust
• The Probation Service and
• The VSRA (voluntary sector body)

In certain limited circumstances Ducane may nominate tenants (key workers) from its own waiting list.
