Imperial College

Ducane has historic and present day links with the Trust. The Royal Postgraduate Medical School (RPMS) based opposite our estate on the Ducane Road, created the Association in 1973 as homes for overseas postgraduates and their families.

The RPMS merged with Imperial College in 2000 and Ducane purchased housing stock owned by the RPMS that we had managed on their behalf. We continue to source most of our postgraduates from Imperial College.
