Moat Housing Group

Ducane and Moat Housing Group were partners in a bid to provide management and facilities management services for 300 plus unit scheme at the Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford.

Ducane was to provide the soft FM services and Moat the development expertise and funding for this major PFI scheme.
