This is the key local authority for the Association. Ducane and the council have run a successful scheme to house teachers near to local schools (at Bentworth Road) which unfortunately will come to an end in mid 2006 because of the expiry of the lease on the property.

Ducane is also makingthe new build Du Cane House available to key workers nominated through the borough.
